“Are You Licensed?"
Yes, where we perform work.

“Do You Require Permits?”
Yes, unless permits are not required for the work we perform.

“Are You Insured?”
Yes, we carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance and require liability insurance from all subcontractors.

"Where do you do work?”

“What type of projects do you do?”

"How do I get an estimate for my home?"
Simply contact us. Over a brief phone conversation we can answer additional questions and set up a time at your home to discuss your vision and our procedures for estimating.

"Will you quote a standard price per square foot?"
Sorry, but no. Every families vision, lifestyle, floor plan and investment objectives are unique.  Therefore, we can't provide a standard price per square foot.  Prior to final design, we will work with your family to balance your vision and your investment objective with the actual costs of construction and the finish details you desire.

"Can you provide a Guaranteed Price?"
Yes. For every project we will provide our supervision, labor, and materials for a “guaranteed”, “not to exceed” investment.  For projects that require an investment over $25,000, you'll see where every penny of your investment is spent. We'll open our books so you can review every estimate, purchase order, and invoice.  Should the actual costs of the project be less than the guaranteed cost, you pay less. We are not fully compensated for our supervision until you are completely satisfied.  Rest assured, we will "earn" our compensation.

"What size projects do you do?"
A home improvement by Stone Aspen has nothing to do with the size of your project or the investment you want to make in your home.  If your family shares our values, has a desire for excellence, and wants to improve your lifestyle, we would like to work with you.

“Do You Require a down payment?”
Yes, but minimal.  Depending on the size and scope of the project, we might require a 10% to 25% down payment.  This down payment is not commingled and will only be used for material relating to your project.

 "Do You provide a warranty”
Yes.  We provide a limited 2 year (24 month) warranty.
